This book helped me extremely
I think what drew me towards this book was knowing the author's background....
Ann Morrow Lindberg married Charles Lindberg which was the year she had her solo flight. She became the first American woman to earn a pilots license. That was in 1930. Can you imagine.
Charles and Ann settled in East Amwell New Jersey, and they're first son Charles Augustus Lindbergh III, was kidnapped at 20 months of age from their home in East Amwell, New Jersey outside Hopewell on March 1, 1932.[2] After a massive investigation, a baby's body, presumed to be that of Charles Lindbergh III, was discovered the following May 12, some four miles from the Lindberghs' home, at the summit of a hill on the Hopewell-Mt. Rose Highway.
So I figured, nothing I experienced in my lifetime could even compare to this woman's plight...and yet she wrote a marvelous little easy to read book that help changed my life....
believe me, it's a quick read....and I think anyone would enjoy it and marvel at this woman's "in touch with nature" spiritually...
I love that book! I remember that kidnapping. Can you believe that? It was my first conscious experience that the world was not necessarily a safe place. And when I read her book, it was my first conscious experience of what the Soul can transcend.
Thank you Creme,I think i would really enjoy reading this book.
Going to the Library! :)
