I see us in our deck chairs, sipping on fruity Sangrias, and feeling a little bit tipsy. Wide-brimmed floppy sunhats are plopped on top of our heads. Through kinky sunglasses we admire our freshly manicured bright red toe nails.

The tasty salt air tantalizes our tongues, as we lazily watch sun rays playing on the crests of foamy, but slow peaceful waves.

We're laughing, feeling fuzzy warmth from our drinks. We're living in the moment. Our past lives have disappeared in a foggy vague memory of way long ago.

One of us just cracked a joke. We're belly laughing. Tears of merriment are rolling down our cheeks.

We feel understood, we understand, we have left all hurt, disappointments and loss behind. We have let go. We are living to simply enjoy ourselves and each other. Life is good.

What a wonderful picture you paint.  I would so love for it to be real..  All of us war-torn souls having fun and enjoying each other's company.  Not a care in the world.

I'm going but I'm making my plan right now on how to tie up the DJ and take over his booth on the Lido deck.  I want all upbeat, oldies music from the 50-60-70-80's years and none of that rap stuff.  I'll throw in a little reggae to keep everything nautical and islandy (is that a word?).

Yes, I am planning a complete throw-over of the DJ for all of our musical enjoyment :)
