"Welcome to WiseWomenUnite.com -- When adult children marry and leave home, life can sometimes get more complex instead of simpler.  Being a mother-in-law or daughter-in-law can be tough.  How do we extend love and support to our mothers-in-law, adult children, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, and grandchildren without interfering?  What do we do when there are communication problems?  How can we ask for help when we need it without being a burden?  And how do our family members feel about these issues?  We invite you to join our free forum, read some posts... and when you're ready...share your challenges and wisdom."

Happy birthday To Us

Today (Mother's Day) is the one year anniversary of the launch of this Website. I want to thank each and every one of you for your amazing compassion, wisdom, humor, and loyalty. A Web-forum is truly the sum of it's parts times ten. You have exceeded my wildest dreams regarding building a Web-community that offers women a supportive environment in which to learn, grow and heal...laugh, cry and share. Your respect for each other is our glue.

Bless your hearts and please accept my gratitude. It comes from the bottom of my heart! Sending love and Pings...

Luise, Happy Mother's Day and Happy One-Year Anniversary of WWU! When I think of the difference in my attitude and beliefs before WWU and now, I'm amazed at what this site has done for me. We've all seen a lot of growth here & shared a lot of pain. I can't imagine my life without all of you. Thank you Luise!

Luise,
Happy Mother's Day to you and the other wonderful women visiting here and Happy Birthday to WWU!  I get so much from this forum - more than I would have ever dreamed!  My attitude has taken a turn for the better and I have seen a different side to my relationship with my dil - in large part b/c of the dil's that visit here.  I feel such compassion for the women on this site and I'm thankful for everyone's love and support.  Thanks, Luise and Kirk, for all your hard work and for making this beautiful gift possible.
Hugs, Hope
