That was great!  I remember jumping on the bed until it broke!  HA!  Then, pretending that I didn't know how it got that way.  All the while my brother and I were in the attic room, while my parents and grandparents were downstairs.   WOW, did they NOT fall for it! 

Did you ever play kick the can or touch football?

I was baking cookies...my son was doing his homework at the table...He said, "Mom, I want a horse for Christmas".  I gulped, turned around and said..."well ds...it's like this...we live in an apartment, and Santa will only bring you a horse, when we have a place of our own so that you can feed it and take care of it, yanno?".  He slammed his hand down on the table and very seriously replied...

"HOW COME SANTA BRINGS YA WHAT YA DON'T WANT!"
