Hope

I was wondering if any of you wise women knew anything about sleep apnea appliances.  I have a cpap machine, but I'm considering switching to a mouth piece that would hold my tongue down and push my jaw forward to keep my airway open when I'm sleeping.  I want to hear from people who have experience with it or know someone who does before I move forward.  Can anyone share any info with me?  Thanks to you all and wishing you all a good week.
Hugs, Hope
