Losing one's past
« on: April 25, 2010, 10:16:46 PM »
Ladies,
I just got word about my life long friend's mother passing.  She suffered from Alzheimer's for the past four years (actually longer but, these were the worst).  The decline of this very nice woman was terrible to witness...even from long distance.  Please if you can find it in your hearts to offer up a small prayer for her family and friends, I would appreciate it.  Thank you.

Orly,
So sorry to hear of your friend's loss - and your loss, too, as her life long friend.  It must have been difficult to see her memory withering away before your eyes.  Sending a prayer up right now........
Hugs, Hope
