Title: Some books about MIL's and DIL's relationships
Post by: just2baccepted on November 05, 2009, 12:03:21 PM
I found these on Amazon and there are a ton more.  If you like to read these may be helpful.  If you don't want to buy them you can go to the library and if they don't have them then ask them about borrowing outside the system, we call that an interlibrary loan here.  Also you can just go to Amazon and punch in the title and read about them before you buy or check out from lib.  And also read what others think about them.  And also if you don't like to read of have the time ask the library about audiobooks.  You can get some books on CD or even dowload them from the libraries website onto your Ipod.  Okay so here they are:

Mothers-in-law and Daughters-in-law:  Understanding the Relationships and what Makes Them Friends or Foes

Life as a Mother-In-Law:  Roles, Challenges, Solutions

The Mother-In-Law Dance: Can two women love the same man and still get along?

Mothers-In-Law and Daughters-In-Law:  Love, hate, Rivalry and Reconciliation

When Difficult Relatives Happen to Good People

Walking on Eggshells: Navigating the Delicate Relationship between adult children and their parents.

Don't Bite your Tongue: How to foster rewarding relationships with your adult children

Make Peace with Anyone: Breakthrough Strategies to Quickly End Any Conflict, Feud, or Estrangement.

That last one sounds useful for everyone.  Too bad a person can't give these kinds of books as winter holiday presents without people reading too much into it. ;)
