This is a very good book!..........I feel the majority of people have codependency issues.

I wish i could of read this years ago...........but i think you have to be mentally ready to completely let go too.

Yes you do, MIW...but when you can and do, it's a whole new world.
Once our son's get married, it's never the same, even in the most greatest relationships, with inlaws...it's never the same...it cannot be...things change...constantly...love is never the same...love matures, grows and is able to let go, bidding our loved ones fairwell, a successful life and lots of experiences along the way....it is bittersweet...but once one can let go, it's a freeing experience...thanks for the link....

Hugs to you

This book is my bible!!! I love pretty much everything that Melody Beattie has written. If you like her, you will like Earnie Larsen (written a lot on the same topic)  and Lousie Hay, both of which Melody refers to.

The daily meditations in this book can save you life!
