Hi Everyone,

Welcome! This Forum grew out of my well-seasoned question and answer website: www.MomResponds.com

Over the years, the two subjects that have received the most comments there have been "My Son Hates Me" and "Mother in Law vs. Daughter in Law."

Not long ago an avid MomResponds.com contributor and problem-solver known as "D." suggested a Discussion Forum because my site wasn't designed for dialoguing...and she found trying to do that quite cumbersome. I approached my son and Webmaster with her idea, and today, Mother's Day - 2009, wisewomenunite.com was born.

I hope you find it useful, stimulating and a source of comfort in the days to come.

Across the top of the Help section are seven main section links:

After "Registering" and "Logging In," a great place to begin is to add some information to your "Profile." There's no need to complete everything--just add whatever you wish.

Next, you may want to read some of the existing "Posts." If you would like to contribute to an existing "Topic," simply click the "Reply" link on the right-hand side and enter your thoughts.

When you're ready, within any of the "Categories" please click the "New Topic" link on the right-hand side to start a new discussion.

If you would like to receive an email when new posts are created, you can click the "Notify" link on the right-hand side. This is a convenient way to receive notification on the various discussions, especially as more people join Mother In Laws Unite!

Thanks. When I first posted...I clicked on a topic and then looked for "Post." I didn't realize the button to hit was "New Topic." I know we'll all get past this little learning curve soon. ...just left-click the one(s) you want with your mouse.
