Thanks! I think being 84 is a hoot. I am learning every day. My Websites take about 4 hours a day and I visit Val (100 year-old husband) at our campus nursing home every day and take him his dog. I have a "gentlemen-friend" who brings me much joy and family, friends and a community that couldn't be beat. I'm as healthy as a horse and do Curves three days a week, aerobics twice a week and Zumba on Sats.

"It ain't over 'til it's over!" :-))
Wow Luise, you're definitely an inspiration to me.  I'm 64, soon to be 65, have had terrible arthritis, but have been doing Pilates 2 1/2 years now, as well as cycling and weights at home.  I hope I'm doing as well as you are when I'm 84.

Hi Chrisky, has exercising helped to ease the arthritis pain?

C - Good for you re: the exercise! It really is the answer to so many things!

R - Most of my friends range from 55 to 65. Not on purpose, really. All call me "mom" and all have said they are no longer afraid of getting old.  :D
