yes, taking a walk helps....

our Pastor recently instructed us all to take 2 walks:  the first walk we were to looks for any and all trash lying around (and he stated "you'll see plenty of it").  Then, come back home and have a cup of coffee or something.....and in about 30 minutes, take a second walk and only concentrate on the beauty you see around you. 

A perspective change!   

I thought that was neat.  Just sharing.

Kind of like Luise's trick of allowing herself x-amount of time to wallow and then get on w/the gratitude. Neat exercise, thanks for sharing.
