How beautiful, Rose799, the poem (how true about the ripple effect) and the photo (I've been there, but it was overcast. Nice to see it in full sun!)

I lived near Lake Taupo (the scene on the picture) for eight v.v. happy years. This scenes brought back all the memories and I did climb the volcano in the distance too. Grateful for life, grateful for ripples.

Wonderful! I have been there are still hope to go back. Did the tourist thing…taking the boat tour around the lake and riding up the chairlift for the grand view!  :)

I hope you can go back there too. I'll be there in November and looking forward big time = talking about shaping a life of my own, this is what it looks like = sometimes at least.

Someone I am close to is thinking about moving to Reno. Visits there would  mean visits to Tahoe! Yes!
