Oh, just paranoia.  I was on another site where a woman got outed to her family bc she used her first and last name and got looked up on FB and the troll quoted her misery to her family and she about.... ya know.  So I'm super paranoid whenever I talk about my family on boards.

I know you don't have time for pms; I did read some of your advice on your website and I know I can get some good advice on letting go and just.... letting it all go.

Ok, I read about how to modify posts.... how deleting posts can really mess up the rest of the responses.  So I understand.  I wrote about Holidays...... I don't know if I got too specific.  i don't know if what I wrote could be traced back to, gee, that sounds like bitter ole mil.  I was gonna ask if the first 2 paragraphs could be deleted (I read your response to someone about taking out some of the posts or modifying them.

I don't wanta go on and on about the family dynamics bc they won't change.  Guess I just needed to read the responses I got which were good about it being something I can't change and my attitude has to change and I need to get my life back and not look at others'.

You are not a pain…you posted about your situation and then realized it might be too specific. That happens and can easily be corrected. Your Moderator on that Board is Pam and she can do that for you.

Thanks so much..... I'm too old to be unafraid of using the Net for privacy like the young folks are!  (fortunately, I guess!)   I will still post but guess I got burned reading from that other site which btw, recommended your site for being more understanding of its posters.  I can see that!

It should be fixed now justanoldgrandma.  I removed your first 2 paragraphs and just rephrased a generic sentence so the responses would make sense.  Glad you found us.
